On the afternoon of November 9th, Prof.Matthias Rätsch of ReutlingenUniversity gave a report on Humanoid Robots and Super Artificial Intelligence in Room 610, Building 7 of Jinhua campus. Heads of School of Computer Science and Engineering Training Center, and over 100 teachers and students attended the report.
Prof.Matthias aroused students’ interest in artificial intelligence with the dialog between the robots and user, robot dancing performance. He presented the applications of artificial intelligence in different fields through pictures and videos. Then Prof.Matthias talked about the history, features, core technology and trend of humanoid robots and super artificial intelligence with the examples of application and researches in famous companies like Benz, BMW, Bosch. He encouraged students to pay more attention on the future technology development trend, combine the research interests to achieve research innovation.
In the last part, Prof.Matthias discussed with students on the examples of application on artificial intelligence in daily life.
