The 2016 Chinese Robot Competition was held in Chang Sha from October 26thto 31st.The team DANCER from XPU won the first prize in dancing-robot group.
Chinese Robot Competition is the most influential and most authoritative robot technology competition in China. The Office of Teaching Affairs of XPU attaches great importance to this competition and always provides fund support. During the evaluation period, Engineering Training Center organized the team DANCER to take part in the competition（bipedal-robot competition), which was conducted by the instructor, Zhi Shuangshuang. The team consists of Liu Fan from College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Wu Guangqian and Huang Yuangang from College of Electrics and Information. It ranked the seventh among all 67 teams.
