Recently, Council for Higher Education of Shaanxi Provincial Committee issued an announcement “On Recognition of the Outstanding Achievements of College Campus Culture Construction of Shaanxi Province in 2016 ” . The project proposed by College of Humanities and Social Science of XPU won the first prize.
