On the afternoon of June 16th, Chi Meijian, Director of the International Office in Whitireia University, visited XPU. President Gao Yong met visiting guests in VIP lounge of Jinhua campus. People in charge of the International Office, the School of Art Engineering attended the talks.
President Gao Yong welcomed the visiting guests firstly and then reviewed cooperation progress between two universities. He believed that as soon as the two universities of foreign affairs departments build a platform for cooperation, the two sides should concentrate on the academic interaction among professors and carry out a wide range of cooperation such as the exchange of teachers and students. There are many worthy learning points about high education in New Zealand. High education should emancipate the mind, cultivate the pragmatic ability and so on. Subsequently, details of cooperation of both sides are discussed.
