On December 11, the Academic Annual Meeting of Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Periodical Editors Association and the Third Council of the Eighth Central Committee were held in Meixian County, Shaanxi Province. The conference commended the winners and the winning institutes of the 5th Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Excellent Periodical Award and issued certificates. Journal of  Xi'an Polytechnic University and Journal of Basic Science of Textile Universities sponsored by XPU won the 5th Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Excellent Periodical Award. Which is the second time that XPU won excellent journal award this year.

In recent years, with strong support ofXPU, Journal Editorial Department of XPU has taken many measures to continuously improve the quality and academic level of the journals. All the members in the department will make use of this opportunity to further increase the quality of the journals, to attract more high-quality manuscripts.
