Recently, the Textile Industry Vocational Skills Appraisal Guidance Center of the China National Textile and Apparel Council issued a document “Notice on Approving the Establishment of Vocational Skill Appraisal Institutions for Special Occupations (Types of Work) in the Textile Industry” (Fang Zhi Zi [2020] No. 10), agreeing to establish textiles in XPU Industry-specific occupations (types of work) vocational skills appraisal agency-"Textile Industry Vocational Skills Appraisal Institute" (the agency code is 57003034), the appraisal scope is 12 types of work including "clothing pattern maker", and a total of 55 appraisal levels (certificates). It is the first time that XPU has been approved to establish a special occupational work appraisal institution in the textile and apparel industry.

In the future, under the guidance of the Textile Industry Vocational Skills Appraisal Guidance Center, XU will organize the vocational skill appraisal work of employees in the textile industry, consciously abide by appraisal procedures, appraisal rules, and strictly implement industry standards; actively contact the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security , Obtain guidance, assistance and support, and at the same time work closely with partner units, combine theory and practice, complement each other's advantages, and rationally divide labor, and build the "Textile Industry Vocational Skills Appraisal Institute" into a professional and technical personnel training program for the textile industry in Shaanxi and Northwest China.
