Recently, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the National Postdoctoral Management Committee issued the Notice on approving the new establishment of 510 postdoctoral research mobile stations, the postdoctoral research mobile station of textile science and engineering of XPU was successfully approved.

The discipline of textile science and Engineering of XPU is one of the first bachelor degree authorization points approved by the Academic Degree Committee of the National Academy of Arts and Technology.It began to cultivate undergraduates in 1928 and was approved for master's degree authorization in 1984 and doctoral degree authorization in 2021. The establishment of the post-doctoral research mobile station of Textile Science and Engineering will help to promote the flow of high-level talents, support scientific and technological innovation.Industry-university-research studies and regional economic development will play an important role in promoting the college's training of high-level talents and teachers’ development.
