Recently, teachers from School of Apparel and Art Design in XPU have made achievements in professional creation. Meng Songchuan’s oil painting Studio Series I won the Excellence Award (Silver Award) and was collected by Suzhou Art Museum. Good Place Xinjiang - Three friends, the oil painting made by Peng Bin was selected for the Fifth China Oil Painting Exhibition and exhibited in Chongqing Art Museum.

Furthermore, Meng Songchuan was also awarded the project of Shaanxi Provincial Art Fund in 2021. Major art creation project with the theme of “Centenary Journey • Red Memory” for celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the CPC was successfully achieved by Li Pengpeng, Meng Songchuan, Peng Bin, Liu Bo and Zhang Bei, receiving sponsorship from CPC Xi’an Municipal Party Committee Publicity Department, Xi’an Municipal Administration of Culture and Tourism and Xi’an Academy of Chinese Painting.

The faculty of School of Apparel and Art Design are full of creative vitality, creating a positive academic atmosphere, greatly enhancing the professional confidence of teachers and students. They are playing an exemplary role in professional teaching and research, and injecting more possibilities into the professional development of the school.
